Frequently Asked Questions

During Your Treatment

What time should I arrive for my service?

We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to use the restroom if need be and for service to start on time. Be aware that late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.

What should I do with my jewelry, watch, or cell phone?

Jewelry and watches should not be worn during treatment. It is best to leave them at home or in your purse/wallet for safe keeping. In order to keep a quiet and relaxing environment, cell phones or other electronic devices must be silenced. Be aware that we do not have lockers for your belongings and are not responsible for any lost items.

Do I need to take all my clothes off during body treatments?

This is up to your discretion and comfort level. However, the therapist will recommend which items to remove. We also provide disposable underwear for women and men to wear during select body treatments.

Should I talk during my skincare treatment?

It is up to you whether you want to talk or not. Let us know what you prefer. We are here to provide the type of service you need. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about treatments. During the treatment, the therapist will also ask you specific questions to ensure your needs are being met.

What if I fall asleep during a skincare treatment?

It is common for people to fall asleep during a treatment. Each of our treatments are designed to provide you with space to relax, reset, and rejuvenate. Go ahead and take advantage of that and let your body transition into a meditative state.

What if I feel uncomfortable about something during a service?

We are here to treat you with dignity and respect. If you feel uncomfortable at any moment, please speak up and let the therapist know. The treatment will be adjusted to meet your needs.
